Airbnb and vacation rental photographer in St. Petersburg
Guests looking at St. Petersburg compare dozens of listings before they book. They decide in seconds, from the first photo. We photograph and film rental homes in St. Petersburg so that the first photo, and the thirty after it, do that job.
What we shoot in St. Pete
Bungalows in Historic Kenwood and Old Northeast, with their porches, wood floors and small yards. Condos downtown, where the view from the balcony and the walk to Beach Drive matter as much as the rooms. Beach houses and condos in St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island and Pass-a-Grille, where guests want to see the sand, the pool and the distance between them. Cottages in Gulfport. Each kind of home is sold by different details, and we plan the shoot around them.
How we photograph a rental
We shoot furnished homes that are ready for guests. Wide lenses show the whole room without bending it. HDR keeps the window view visible instead of a white rectangle. Then we add what a standard listing shoot leaves out: the coffee corner, the linens, the outdoor shower, the grill, the bikes, the games for a rainy day. A typical home gives 35 to 70 photos, and there is no limit.
Aerial photos and video
From the air a guest sees what words cannot show: how far the beach is, where the pool sits, what the street looks like. Parts of St. Petersburg are close to two airports, so we check airspace rules before every aerial shoot. Video is 60 to 120 seconds, edited with clean cuts and music, with ground and aerial footage together.
Who books us
Owners with one home, hosts with several, small hotels and inns, and properties with a few units on one lot. If you have more than one unit, we can shoot them in one visit. Real estate agents book us too, when a home deserves more than the standard set.
Prices and timing
Packages start at $350 and are listed below. Photos are ready in 24 to 48 hours, video in 3 to 5 days. Send us the address and the size of the home, and we will reply with a date.
