How we photograph a rental
Every home we shoot is furnished and set for guests. We use wide lenses to show how one room connects to the next, and HDR so the view through the window is part of the picture. Then come the details that make people book: the desk and the quiet corner for someone working, the crib and the fenced yard for a family, the grill and the fire pit for a group. Most homes get 35 to 70 photos. We do not cap the number.
Aerial photos and video
Aerial photos show what the address alone does not: the river or the bay, the distance to downtown, the parking. Much of Tampa lies near the international airport, so we check airspace rules before every aerial shoot. Video runs 60 to 120 seconds, cut cleanly to music, mixing ground and aerial footage.
Who books us
Individual owners, hosts with a handful of listings, boutique hotels, and buildings with several rental units. Several units in one building can be shot in one visit. Agents and landlords with long-term rentals book us as well.
