The projects we come to Naples for
Naples is the farthest point of our area, and we come for projects that deserve the trip. A large home with the full package: photos, aerials and video in one visit. Several units for one owner or manager: condos in Park Shore or Pelican Bay, a group of seasonal rentals, a set of villas in one community. A hotel, club or resort that needs rooms and grounds photographed together. For a single small unit that needs photos only, we will honestly recommend someone local.
What we show
In Old Naples it is the courtyard, the pool, and the short walk to the beach and to Third Street South. In Park Shore, Pelican Bay and along Vanderbilt Beach it is the Gulf view from the balcony, the building amenities and the beach access. On Marco Island it is the water: the canal, the dock, the open bay. We shoot furnished homes with wide lenses to show the space, and HDR so that the view is in the photo, not burned out to white.
Aerials, twilight and video
Larger homes are best understood from above and at dusk. Aerial photos show the lot, the water and the distance to the beach; we check airspace rules before every aerial shoot. A twilight set shows the pool and the lighting the way guests will see them in the evening. Video is 60 to 120 seconds, edited with clean cuts and music, with ground and aerial footage together.
How a series works
When there are several units, we plan the day by the light: east-facing rooms in the morning, Gulf-facing balconies later. Each unit is delivered as a separate gallery. A series is quoted as one project.

The packages below show our prices per home; larger homes are priced by size. Photos are ready in 24 to 48 hours, video in 3 to 5 days. Send us the address, the size and what you need, and we will reply with a date and a quote.
