A property with many rooms has a problem a single home does not: every room type needs its own photos, and all of them have to look like one place.
We photograph independent hotels, inns, motels, condo-hotels and rental properties with several units in a single visit and in one style, so your website and your listings look consistent from the first room to the last.
Most of this work is in St. Petersburg, on the Gulf beaches and in Tampa. For a full property we also travel to Fort Myers and Naples.

Room types, suites, common areas, pool, grounds, and the order that fits housekeeping.
One day of prepared rooms instead of many.
For example, five rental units for one owner, shot in one visit.
Five units are delivered as five separate sets, ready for five listings.
Rooms shot on different days by different photographers never match: the color shifts, the angles change, and the property looks smaller than it is. Shooting the series at once keeps color, height and framing the same in every room.
This fits independent properties: a ten-room inn, a beach motel that has just been renovated, a manager with eight condos in one building, a lot with three cottages.
Large branded hotels usually work with photographers approved by the brand and buy licensed image libraries. That is a different service, and we do not offer it.
A shoot is a one-time cost. The photos stay on your listing for years, and they are the first thing every guest sees.
Guests cannot walk through your home before they book. They compare photos across ten open tabs, and the listing that shows the space clearly gets the click.
Airbnb reports that listings photographed through its own professional photography programme got 19% more bookings and 21% higher host earnings than listings without it. Airbnb adds that results vary by listing and are not guaranteed, and we say the same: we cannot promise you a number.
A simple way to look at the cost: if the shoot is $350 and your home rents for $175 a night, two extra nights cover it. Every booking after that is the photos working for free.
Most hosts need one of the three packages and nothing else. These extras are there when the home calls for them. Each one is quoted together with your shoot.
A dusk version of the front of the home or the pool: warm windows and a deep blue sky. We make it from the daytime photo in editing, so it needs no second visit. It often works well as the cover photo of a listing.
The coffee corner, the beach gear, the game room, the outdoor shower. These are part of every package at no extra cost. Tell us what guests ask about most and we make sure it is in the set.
A walk-through tour a visitor can move around in. Most hosts do not need one for an Airbnb or Vrbo listing. It helps on your own booking website, for hotels and event spaces, and for a home that is for sale.
Managers and co-hosts with more than one property get one price for the visit and the same style across every listing. See how a series works.
As one project. Tell us how many units there are, their sizes, and whether you need photos, aerials, video or all three. We reply with a date and one price for the visit.
It depends on the size of the rooms and on how fast they can be prepared. We plan the order with you before the day, so housekeeping and the shoot do not get in each other's way.
Yes. Each room is photographed clean, made up and without luggage. Most properties block one room of each type for the morning.
Each unit or room type as its own gallery. Photos in 24 to 48 hours, video in 3 to 5 days.
