On the Gulf beaches a guest asks one question first: how far is the sand. We photograph and film beach rentals so the answer is in the first three photos.
We shoot condos and cottages in St. Pete Beach and Pass-a-Grille, homes on Treasure Island and Madeira Beach, and small hotels, inns and motels along Gulf Boulevard. Most of them are furnished rentals that go by the week, the month or the season.

Seven miles of Gulf shoreline, from the Don CeSar and Upham Beach to Corey Avenue. Lodging runs from large resorts to mid-century motels and new boutique hotels.
We shoot Gulf-front and Intracoastal condos, homes on the bay side, and independent motels and inns that need every room type done in one visit.
One of the quietest places in the county: historic 8th Avenue, cottages, almost no buildings on the sand, and no large hotel chains.
Here we show the cottage itself, the porch, and the fact that the Gulf and the bay are both a few blocks away.
Nearly four miles of very wide beach with a paved beach trail. Thousands of homes here were damaged in 2024, and many have been rebuilt higher.
For a rebuilt home we show the new structure and the new interiors. On Isle of Capri we shoot the dock and the canal.
John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is the center: boat tours, fishing charters, restaurants.
We show the walk to John's Pass, the Gulf-front balcony and the boat slip.
Small motels, vacation homes and Gulf-front condos on about three miles of beach. Indian Rocks Beach allows vacation rentals in residential areas with city registration and occupancy limits.
We show sleeping capacity honestly, the parking spaces, the pool and the beach access.
White sand, Pier 60 and resort condos. We come here for condos in the resort buildings and for homes rented by the month.
We show the Gulf from the balcony, the building pool and the walk to Pier 60.
Each beach town writes its own rental rules, and they are not alike. According to the City of St. Pete Beach, stays of less than 30 days are allowed only in certain districts and only a few times a year, while rentals of a month or more are allowed in all residences. Treasure Island and Madeira Beach allow short stays in their tourist and commercial districts and restrict them in single-family areas. Indian Rocks Beach allows vacation rentals in residential zones with registration.
This matters for photos. A weekly condo and a three-month winter rental are sold to different people, and we shoot them differently.
This is a short summary and not legal advice. Rules change, and a condo association can be stricter than the city. Check with the city and with your building before you list.
Helene and Milton changed the beaches. Homes were repaired, rebuilt or raised, and long stretches of sand were rebuilt by the county beach nourishment project.
If your listing still shows the old kitchen, the old floors or the old beach, guests are looking at a home that no longer exists. A new set shows what they will actually get.
A shoot is a one-time cost. The photos stay on your listing for years, and they are the first thing every guest sees.
Guests cannot walk through your home before they book. They compare photos across ten open tabs, and the listing that shows the space clearly gets the click.
Airbnb reports that listings photographed through its own professional photography programme got 19% more bookings and 21% higher host earnings than listings without it. Airbnb adds that results vary by listing and are not guaranteed, and we say the same: we cannot promise you a number.
A simple way to look at the cost: if the shoot is $350 and your home rents for $175 a night, two extra nights cover it. Every booking after that is the photos working for free.
The price depends on the size of the home and on what you need: photos, photos with aerials, or photos with aerials and video. There is no limit on the number of photos in any package.
| Home size | Basic | Plus | Full |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 2,200 sq ft | $350 | $399 | $729 |
| 2,201 to 3,200 sq ft | $400 | $449 | $819 |
| 3,201 to 4,200 sq ft | $450 | $499 | $909 |

Basic: 35 to 70 or more edited HDR photos. Plus: the same photos and 8 to 12 aerial photos. Full: photos, aerials and a 60 to 120 second video that mixes ground and aerial footage. Photos are ready in 24 to 48 hours, video in 3 to 5 days.
Extras such as twilight photos or a 3D tour are quoted together with your shoot. See the packages and book.
Most hosts need one of the three packages and nothing else. These extras are there when the home calls for them. Each one is quoted together with your shoot.
A dusk version of the front of the home or the pool: warm windows and a deep blue sky. We make it from the daytime photo in editing, so it needs no second visit. It often works well as the cover photo of a listing.
The coffee corner, the beach gear, the game room, the outdoor shower. These are part of every package at no extra cost. Tell us what guests ask about most and we make sure it is in the set.
A walk-through tour a visitor can move around in. Most hosts do not need one for an Airbnb or Vrbo listing. It helps on your own booking website, for hotels and event spaces, and for a home that is for sale.
Managers and co-hosts with more than one property get one price for the visit and the same style across every listing. See how a series works.
On the barrier islands the aerial photo is often the cover photo: the Gulf, the Intracoastal, the pool and the home in one frame. Plus and Full packages include 8 to 12 aerial photos.
We fly from your property and check airspace and local rules for the address before the shoot. County parks and some public beach accesses do not allow drone launches, so we plan the angle from your lot.
Tell us the size of the home and what you need. We reply with a price and the first open dates.
Beds made, lights working, counters clear. We send a short checklist so nothing is missed.
Most homes take one to two hours on site. Aerials and video add time. You do not have to stay in the room with us.
Edited photos in 24 to 48 hours, video in 3 to 5 days, sized for Airbnb and Vrbo and ready to upload.
The shoot goes faster and the photos look better when the home is set the way a guest will find it.
Photos start at $350 for a home up to 2,200 sq ft. Photos with aerials are $399, and photos with aerials and a video are $729. Larger homes cost more, and the table on this page shows the price by size.
Most homes get 35 to 70 edited photos, and we do not cap the number. A studio may need 25, a five-bedroom home with a pool may need 80. You get every frame that helps a guest decide.

No. Many hosts give us a door code. If you manage the home from another city, that works too. The home just has to be clean and set for guests when we arrive.
Yes. Use them on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, your own booking site and social media.
Yes. The Plus package includes 8 to 12 aerial photos and the Full package adds a video with aerial footage. We check airspace rules for the address before every flight, because parts of the area lie close to airports.
Yes, as an add-on. We make the twilight version of an exterior from the daytime photo in editing, so it needs no second visit. It often works well as the cover photo of a listing. Tell us when you ask for a date and we will include it in the quote.
Yes. Several apartments in one building, a duplex, or a property with more than one home on the lot can be shot the same day in the same style. Send us the list and we will quote the visit.
Yes. A furnished monthly rental needs the same things a vacation rental does: every room, the kitchen equipment, the workspace, the parking. Landlords and agents with long-term rentals book us as well.
Yes, with Matterport, on request. Most Airbnb and Vrbo hosts do not need one. It helps on your own booking website, for hotels, and for a home that is for sale.
Yes. Most of our clients rent their homes out, but agents and owners who are selling book the same packages: photos, aerials, video, and a 3D tour when the listing needs one. Send us the address and the date you need the files.
Yes. We shoot every room type, the pool, the grounds and the beach access in one visit and in one style. Tell us how many room types you have and we will quote the visit.
It depends on which way the home faces. Gulf-facing balconies look best later in the day, bay-facing rooms in the morning. We choose the hour after we see the address.
If the interior or the structure changed, yes. Guests compare the photos with what they find, and old photos of a home that looks different lead to bad reviews.
