You do not have to be there
Give us the door codes and the order. The homes just have to be clean and set for guests when we arrive.
Each home, its own gallery
Files arrive sorted by property and sized for Airbnb and Vrbo, so your team uploads them without renaming or resizing.
Photos in 24 to 48 hours
Photos are ready one to two days after the shoot, so a new listing does not sit waiting. Video takes 3 to 5 days.
Updates when a home changes
New furniture, a renovated bathroom, a new pool: tell us what changed and we quote a shoot of that part of the home.
What every home gets
A rental set is built for a guest who is choosing between ten open tabs.
- Every room, shot wide, with the view kept in the windows.
- Every bed, one by one. Guests count beds and check who sleeps where.
- The things that decide a booking: the pool, the lanai, the grill, the coffee corner, the desk, the crib, the beach gear, the parking.
- The front of the home, the yard, the dock or the balcony view.
- With Plus and Full: 8 to 12 aerial photos.
- With Full: a 60 to 120 second video for the listing and for social media.
You can use the photos on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, your own booking website and social media.

A shoot is a one-time cost. The photos stay on your listing for years, and they are the first thing every guest sees.
Guests cannot walk through your home before they book. They compare photos across ten open tabs, and the listing that shows the space clearly gets the click.
Airbnb reports that listings photographed through its own professional photography programme got 19% more bookings and 21% higher host earnings than listings without it. Airbnb adds that results vary by listing and are not guaranteed, and we say the same: we cannot promise you a number.
A simple way to look at the cost: if the shoot is $350 and your home rents for $175 a night, two extra nights cover it. Every booking after that is the photos working for free.
What it costs in St. Petersburg and Tampa
The price depends on the size of the home and on what you need: photos, photos with aerials, or photos with aerials and video. There is no limit on the number of photos in any package.

Basic: 35 to 70 or more edited HDR photos. Plus: the same photos and 8 to 12 aerial photos. Full: photos, aerials and a 60 to 120 second video that mixes ground and aerial footage. Photos are ready in 24 to 48 hours, video in 3 to 5 days.

What you can add to a shoot
Most hosts need one of the three packages and nothing else. These extras are there when the home calls for them. Each one is quoted together with your shoot.
Twilight photos
A dusk version of the front of the home or the pool: warm windows and a deep blue sky. We make it from the daytime photo in editing, so it needs no second visit. It often works well as the cover photo of a listing.
Detail and amenity photos
The coffee corner, the beach gear, the game room, the outdoor shower. These are part of every package at no extra cost. Tell us what guests ask about most and we make sure it is in the set.
3D tour (Matterport)
A walk-through tour a visitor can move around in. Most hosts do not need one for an Airbnb or Vrbo listing. It helps on your own booking website, for hotels and event spaces, and for a home that is for sale.

How a series is priced
The table shows the price of one home. A series is quoted as one project: tell us how many homes there are, their sizes, and whether each needs photos, aerials or video. We reply with one number for the visit and a date.
For a new owner you are onboarding, send us the address as soon as the home is furnished. The sooner the photos are done, the sooner the listing earns.

How many homes can you shoot in one day?
It depends on their size and how far apart they are. Three or four condos in one building fit in a day. Large houses in different neighborhoods take longer. We plan the order with you in advance.
How is a series of homes priced?
As one project. Tell us how many homes there are, their sizes, and what each one needs. We reply with one price for the visit.
Do you need someone to meet you at each home?
