With us, photos of a rental home up to 2,200 sq ft cost $350. Photos with aerials cost $399. Photos, aerials and a video cost $729.
Larger homes cost a little more, and the table below shows the exact number for each size. The price is the same in St. Petersburg, on the Gulf beaches and in Tampa.
This page explains what is inside each price, what makes a shoot cost more or less, and how to compare quotes from different photographers.
The price depends on the size of the home and on what you need: photos, photos with aerials, or photos with aerials and video. There is no limit on the number of photos in any package.

Basic: 35 to 70 or more edited HDR photos. Plus: the same photos and 8 to 12 aerial photos. Full: photos, aerials and a 60 to 120 second video that mixes ground and aerial footage. Photos are ready in 24 to 48 hours, video in 3 to 5 days.
Extras such as twilight photos or a 3D tour are quoted together with your shoot. See the packages and book.
Most hosts need one of the three packages and nothing else. These extras are there when the home calls for them. Each one is quoted together with your shoot.
A dusk version of the front of the home or the pool: warm windows and a deep blue sky. We make it from the daytime photo in editing, so it needs no second visit. It often works well as the cover photo of a listing.
The coffee corner, the beach gear, the game room, the outdoor shower. These are part of every package at no extra cost. Tell us what guests ask about most and we make sure it is in the set.
A walk-through tour a visitor can move around in. Most hosts do not need one for an Airbnb or Vrbo listing. It helps on your own booking website, for hotels and event spaces, and for a home that is for sale.
Managers and co-hosts with more than one property get one price for the visit and the same style across every listing. See how a series works.
A shoot is a one-time cost. The photos stay on your listing for years, and they are the first thing every guest sees.
Guests cannot walk through your home before they book. They compare photos across ten open tabs, and the listing that shows the space clearly gets the click.
Airbnb reports that listings photographed through its own professional photography programme got 19% more bookings and 21% higher host earnings than listings without it. Airbnb adds that results vary by listing and are not guaranteed, and we say the same: we cannot promise you a number.
A simple way to look at the cost: if the shoot is $350 and your home rents for $175 a night, two extra nights cover it. Every booking after that is the photos working for free.
For most apartments, condos and houses. Every room, every bed, the kitchen, the outdoor space and the details guests look for. 35 to 70 or more edited photos, ready in 24 to 48 hours.
For homes where the location sells the stay: near the beach, on the water, with a pool or a large lot. Adds 8 to 12 aerial photos that show how close the water really is.
For homes that are promoted outside the listing as well: on Instagram, on your own booking website, in ads. Adds a 60 to 120 second video cut to music.
Five things decide what a rental shoot costs, with us and with anyone else.
The number of photos does not change our price. You get every frame that helps a guest decide.
We looked at the prices local photographers publish on their websites in October 2026. For a photo-only shoot of a typical two or three bedroom rental, they run from about $200 to $850. The low end is a standard sale-listing shoot with 25 photos. The high end is a full day on site.
Photographers who sell a set made for rentals mostly charge $300 to $365 for photos, about $275 to $490 with aerials, and $590 to $700 with video. Our prices sit in the middle of that range. What we give for it is more photos than most (35 to 70 or more, where others stop at 25 to 50) and more aerials (8 to 12, where others often give 5).
Two prices that look the same can buy very different things. Ask each photographer these questions.
